Vereteno is a sculptural floor lamp inspired by the ancient spindle — an archetypal symbol of continuity, balance, and inner axis. Its silhouette reads as a quiet vertical gesture, combining material weight with visual lightness.
The conical base is hand-shaped from Pleto Biocomposite — PletoStudio’s signature material composed of clay, hemp fibers, cellulose, wood shavings, mineral powders, and an eco-friendly binder.
The surface is meticulously refined and finished with a special deep matte mineral pigment. The coating has a velvety, light-absorbing quality — free from gloss or reflection — allowing the form to appear pure and monolithic. Subtle textural irregularities and natural depth remain visible, emphasizing the handcrafted character of the piece.
The lampshade is crafted from natural linen, manually wrapped around the frame in soft vertical layers. Exposed fibers and loose threads are intentionally left visible, creating a gently aged, tactile effect. When illuminated, warm light filters through the woven structure, revealing the fabric’s texture and producing an intimate, atmospheric glow.
The contrast between the deeply matte, almost graphite-toned base and the organic textile surface of the shade creates a refined balance — restrained yet emotionally resonant.

Packaging & Tracking
For large or delicate items such as floor lamps, the base and lampshade may be shipped in separate boxes to ensure safe delivery.
In these cases, you will receive two tracking numbers — one for each package.
All items are packed securely and shipped with tracking and insurance.

All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.
