Return & Refund Policy

At PletoStudio, each item is handcrafted with great care using natural materials. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only in cases of damage during delivery or production defects.
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, with photos and a clear explanation of the issue.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind, natural irregularities in materials, or color variation caused by lighting.

Refunds:

Once the return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional local fees are the responsibility of the client. Charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities. PletoStudio has no control over these costs and cannot predict the exact amount.

By placing an order, you agree to cover any applicable duties and taxes according to the regulations of your country. Shipments that are refused due to unpaid duties or taxes will not be refunded.

Can I cancel my order?

At PletoStudio, each piece is individually handcrafted to order, using natural materials and artisanal techniques.
Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has begun.

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, materials are purchased and the production process starts, making cancellation no longer possible.

We kindly ask you to review all product details, sizes, finishes, and specifications before placing your order.
