We believe in slow, intentional craftsmanship that honors time, material, and process.

Production

The production time for each item is listed in its product description.

Every piece is made individually, ensuring premium quality, texture, and artisanal detail.

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order is shipped via express international delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance.

Carriers: We work with trusted global couriers such as DHL.

Shipping Cost

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

All parcels are securely packed and shipped with tracking.

For larger items (such as floor or table lamps), the lampshade and base may be shipped in separate boxes.

In this case, you will receive two tracking numbers.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.

This means that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional local fees are the client’s responsibility.

These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities.

PletoStudio has no control over these costs and cannot predict the exact amount.

By placing an order, you agree to cover any applicable duties and taxes according to your country’s regulations.

Shipments refused due to unpaid duties or taxes will not be refunded.

Important: Phone Number Required

All packages are delivered personally to the recipient, so a valid phone number is required at checkout.

This allows the courier to contact you for delivery coordination.

Missing or incorrect numbers may result in delivery failure or return.

Please Note

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, no refunds will be issued.

We are happy to resend the order once the additional shipping fee is paid.

Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
